How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 30 days of your receipt of our Estate Review Software CD, USB Drive and/or Estate Review Reports Binder shipment. Estate Review Software Downloads will have 30 days from the date of purchase for return. You should install your software or your PDF form when you receive it and test it. If it does not meet your expectations, you may return it by contacting Customer Service at support@estatereview.net, and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before the end of the 30 day period. We do not accept returns of the software, USB Drive or the Estate Review Reports Binder without an RMA. RMA's will not be issued after the 30 day period.
The software CD or the USB Drive cannot be returned if the CD or USB Drive has been damaged other than in shipment by seller.
If an item is received by the Customer damaged in shipment, or has been shipped by us in error, please contact Customer Support at support@estatereview.net immediately. These items will be returned and replaced at Seller's cost.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. Customer will pay the cost of shipping to return merchandise, unless it is received by Customer damaged in shipment, the CD is factory defective or has been shipped by us in error. Software or Estate Review Reports Binders that are received by seller damaged in the return shipment process from Customer will not be refunded.
